GuavaSwap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange interface. We facilitate swaps between supported cryptocurrencies by routing orders through third-party liquidity providers. At no point do we hold, custody, or control your funds.
Exchange rates displayed are indicative and subject to change. The final rate applied depends on the order type selected (fixed or floating) and market conditions at the time of execution.
Exchanges are fulfilled by various third-party providers depending on price and availability. By creating an order you agree to the terms of the provider handling your exchange. Current providers include:
- FixedFloat — fast, non-custodial crypto exchange.
- ChangeNow — instant crypto exchange service.
3. Eligibility
You must meet all of the following to use GuavaSwap:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to OFAC-sanctioned countries).
- Not be using the service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion, or terrorist financing.
4. No Custody, No Recovery
GuavaSwap is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys or control your funds. You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet addresses are correct before submitting an order.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to a wrong address or provide incorrect order details, we cannot recover them.
5. Order Execution
- Orders must be funded within the displayed time window. Expired orders will not be processed.
- Deposits that arrive after expiry or in amounts outside the acceptable range may trigger an emergency resolution flow. You will be prompted to choose between completing the exchange at the current rate or receiving a refund.
- Network fees for outbound transactions are deducted from the output amount.
- GuavaSwap reserves the right to reject or refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to liquidity, compliance, or technical reasons.

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use GuavaSwap to:
- Launder money or finance illegal activities.
- Circumvent sanctions or export control laws.
- Conduct market manipulation or fraudulent transactions.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in order cancellation, refund (where possible), and reporting to relevant authorities.
